KEN MARINO ELEVATES EVERYTHING HE IS IN. Also, Paul Rudd saying “I thought we could stay in and read from that book of Kierkegaard I bought you” is matched only by Jessica Alba’s “Will you buy me a pony?”
And where do I go from here?

I’m just excited to find that other people have seen The Ten.
It is criminal that it has been lost to time. The segment where A.D. Miles skips church to hang around the house naked with his bros? Pure magiks.
I am here for some tangential Vinnie Van Lowe appreciation!
MASAKO!
I LOVE HIM SO MUCH
Is this a good place to make sure people know that A.D. Miles has a web series called Horrible People that you should watch? If so, https://www.youtube.com/show/horriblepeople. If not, I was never here, goodbye
BRB, searching YouTube for the sequence in which A.D. Miles and Bobby Cannavale spend Sunday mornings hanging out naked and listening to Roberta Flack.
This seems to be a good place to bring up my favorite The State bit, which upon re-view, possibly has some troubling aspects, but for now I still love it https://vimeo.com/7093133
I still have no idea what this movie is and it’s starting to feel like it’s too late to ask? Like how my aunt has been spelling my name wrong for 3 decades now and we’ve all just decided to go with it.
It’s a series of 10 connected vignettes, each based on one of the Ten Commandments. (A comedy.)
I watched this movie last night because of your Liev Schreiber post. HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS!? It was fantastic! I feel like I need to watch it again there was so much going on. I watched They Came Together because I wanted to see Paul Rudd and Amy Poehler take on the RomCom genre. It was less then what I hoped it would be, but now I have The Ten in my life, which seems have take everything on.
The Under the Tuscan Sun/White-lady-finds-herself-in-a-foreign-country send up! Paul Rudd’s two ridiculous archetypal guy friends. Everything about the CAT scan story.
I also really enjoyed that in the very first scene Jon Hamm has a tiny cameo in Adam Brody’s story. This movie came out when Mad Men had just started and the OC had just ended, which means when they made it Adam Brody was a household and Hamm was a nobody. Hamm’s line is perfect (a stone cold “I never Goof”). Life is strange.
“As a GOD-DAMNED GOOF.”
