Okay, because the last link was such a downer, please enjoy this promotional ad for Stone Cold Steve Austin’s “Broken Skull Challenge.”

Eight new contestants arrive on the ranch to prove they have the physical and mental stamina to make it to the end to take on Steve’s “Skullbuster” course.

Heather, 42, is out to prove age is just a number as she takes on 20-year-old Desiree in the “Summit,” the first challenge in the new episode of “Broken Skull Challenge.” Nicknamed “The Tank,” Heather is an Obstacle Course Race World Champion from New Jersey. Kentucky-native Desiree’s specialty is Jiu Jitsu. She dabbles in MMA, and she says she lives for “choking people out.”

I will watch absolutely anything that involves ridiculous names like Crushface Bonepickers or Crossfit Murderers, where the absurdly fit are forced to fight one another for my sedentary amusement. (Also good are those shows where people have to act like human Tetris blocks in order to avoid getting pushed into a pool!) Steve’s Skullbuster is no exception; I can only hope that Heather and Desiree’s match ends up like the final showdown at Erection Cove on MILF Island.

I live for watching people (SAFELY AND CONSENSUALLY) choke each other out on television.
