Marked by a history of violence, this arena boasts ample square footage for varied commercial successes. The current structure is a hallmark of urban blight, crumbling and home to transient populations prone to noise and loitering violations (pictured above.) Allowed to go to ruin, current lot in need of renovation to bring investment for cultural amenities. Retaining and reinforcing outer wall, developers could gut interior to make 50 lots for vendors, each retaining some exposed brick features. Olive Garden Inc. has demonstrated interest in first five “Imperial” lots.

Abandoned church lacks walls (interior or exterior) or roof. Exposed to weather, structurally vulnerable, but with authentic aged columns, recommendation is to demolish most of structure while retaining select columns. Taking advantage of premier vistas due to site’s elevation, contractor could build exclusive lounge and night-club with space for strobe-lighted patios (4) and infinity pools (4).

Proposed Project: Boutique Apartment complex
Method: Adaptive reuse
Hundreds of vacant houses provide perfect extant room structure for boutique hotel or residences. Abandoned property also features large open spaces perfectly suited for dog park and chaise lounge tanning area. High altitude location makes perfect setting for oxygen bar and spa. Potential bidders should know there is no valet parking ability, though area can be equipped with helipads.
Lot 4:
Proposed Project: Misc. Recreation
Method: Clearing
Large piles of rubble mar otherwise unblemished desert landscape. Once cleared of scrap heaps, area will be suitable for various activities including: desert crossfit, breaking the land speed record, and after work social bocce leagues. Though lot is surrounded by unstable neighborhoods, it has maintained relative peace for thousands of years. It’s also not cursed, definitely not cursed.
