Surely you won’t hold it against me that I’m a mere day (and several months) off?
“Doors fans aren’t made. They’re born…Some old lady on the bus, sucking Humbugs. She’s riding the storm, but she ain’t ever heard the sound.”
Bruce McCullough cares more about comedy than you have ever cared about anything in your wasted life.

I feel such kinship with anyone who still makes KITH references.
I heart music shop employees.
I’ve seen this skit, but only now noticed the sleeveless shirt and leather vest layering. How were they all such geniuses?
It was late-’80s/early-’90s Toronto. *Everybody* wore vests. I recently found an old picture from a high-school party I was at. Five out of eight people in the picture are wearing vests.
I had never heard of the Kids in the Hall until maybe a couple years ago. This is the sketch that sucked me in.
Side point: I am obsessed with the way Bruce pronounces “Morisson.”

Slipped my mind.
It slipped my mind that this was a thing on Toast too! (Slipped my mind!) It’s think it’s the reason I kept coming back, at first anyway. Now I’m in it for all the reasons, but KITH brought me in to the fold. Awww, another reason to love KITH.

Woooooow, I had forgotten this sketch even existed, not to mention that it’s arguably the prototype for the homework assignments in Fight Club.
just saw this one again last night, been rewatching my kith box set….
YAY, I missed Kids in the Hall Mond-TUESDAYS so much!

Just got feet. Don’t got shoes.
I’m sorry, but I’m pretty sure “Dipping Areas” is the best sketch.
“Dipping Areas” is definitely one of the best pre-filmed sketches, particularly ones with all Kids involved. But it’s competing with Danny Husk sketches. Really tough to choose.

They’re just all the best.
Has anyone seen my indian drum?
I HAVE YOUR DRUM
YOUR DRUM IS FINE
IT RETURNS.
Just got feet. Don't got shoes.
This sketch definitely shaped my policy of refusing to talk to music fans about music.
