I watched this the night before I played Donalbain for my school play and I could barely keep it together onstage
that and “your father has been murdered” “oh? by whom?” made me lose it every time.
It really is a great tragedy that Michael Showalter has aged so poorly.
Those spindly legs, though.
It’s especially sad compared to everyone else in WHAS, who has apparently struck a deal with the devil.

I was way too young to hear that podcast and I think it messed with my sheltered Catholic mind. Still it’s super good and amazing and helped me deal with life.
I was in my mid 20’s when I first heard it and I STILL think I was too young to hear some of those episodes. I’m so glad it exists and 90% of the stories are stellar, but there are 10% that I have to nope the fuck out of because my ears are just Not Prepared.
