Toasties. It snowed. And is properly cold. So we're back to dark pictures of warm food... in this case pelmeni with butter.

We're out of town! Have at it!

Oatmeal with soy sauce, banana bread (when there is some), kefir, black tea, herbal tea, and some water is the the breakfast of champions and bartenders.

The Bartender is a bit down and out of it but shall not complain. Except about something that's annoying in all life: starting a series without realizing that the author has not finished it.

Toasties, is it spring yet? I thought it was and then a "huge terrible coldest ever snowstorm on Monday" was announced for NYC. If so, return to us the hour of sleep.

Turns out my flight was twelve hours before I thought it was! WHOOPS. Hope you're all having a great time, on the ground. What do you want to talk about?

Cheers from the utter craziness that is the baby-bubble. If anyone wants to talk about how it gets better, The Bartender is all ears.

House of Cards is back, and I am rooting for Claire with my entire BODY and SOUL and MIND.

The Bartender has given birth to a brand-new baby (artist's depiction above), so we thought we'd give her the week off. CONGRATULATIONS, The Bartender!
